How secure is EmailMeForm?

We take significant steps to ensure that our servers and your data are always kept secure. This includes working with leading E-Commerce Gateway Systems and Security firms to improve and audit our performance including Plimus E-Commerce Systems, Paypal, McAfee SECURE and VeriSign.

When we collect personally identifiable financial information from you, the data is always secured by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Additionally, all personal credit card and payment information is not stored within EmailMeForm systems.

Our paid users can enable SSL encryption for their forms. SSL enabled forms display an indicator on Form URLs. The data is transmitted via AES 256 SSL encryption. Coupled with the "Mask Field" setting enabled, the information is well-secured. Entries can be securely viewed and exported via HTTPS.

Our host partner maintains both SSAE-16 Type I and Type II attestations in conjunction with our auditor SSAE 16 Solutions.

If you have additional security concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

How do I integrate my EmailMeForm form into my website?

We recommend embedding with the "Easy Embed code", which is dynamic, and any changes made to the form will be applied immediately to where you embed our code. If you embed the form in HTML with Javascript/CSS or HTML Only, you need to embed the form / code again when you make any changes to your form on the emailmeform.com back-end.

To find this embed code, log in to emailmeform.com > mouse over the form you want to embed > click the "Code" icon > select the best option for your needs.  Some users may require embedding on a social network, others may require an iframe, and many other scenarios.  We support most modern Web methods for implementation of our content.

To have an email sent to you each time a form is completed, you must have your admin notification emails settings configured.

Please see our article on admin notifications for a more detailed description.

It is also a possibility that your iframe width or height is off.  To adjust the width or the height of your iframe, you must log in to emailmeform.com > mouse over your form > click the "Code" icon > copy the code for iframe (if you are using this version) > modify the code with the correct sizes (varies from site to site) > upload the code to your site.  This will give your iframe enough room to display your submit button.

How do I make my fields adjacent to each other?

$

To make fields adjacent (next to each other on the same line), you can drag the fields right next to each other by clicking on the field with the mouse > holding the click > and moving it next to the other field.  Please note that the fields should be sized well enough for this to happen; therefore, if both fields are very wide, they will not be able to go on the same line.  In the example below, we set the field size equal to 20 so that both Single Line Text fields fit on the same line.  After completing all of the settings and field adjustments, make sure to click "Save Form".
